Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled; all sales are final.
Please thoroughly check your order before completing your purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

Returns will need to be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the received item is damaged or faulty, and does not match the item's description.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item is damaged or faulty, you will need to contact us via email at melltith.makes@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase and photographs of the damage or fault will need to be provided. 
Once reviewed, the item will be fully refunded or replaced.

Refunds

Providing that the item adheres to the above conditions, a full refund or replacement will be granted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded within 10 business days.

Return Postage

Return postage and its costs will be refunded after the damaged or faulty item is received and reviewed, providing the item is found to be damaged or faulty.
